Co-hosted two distinct Airbnb listings located in the vibrant downtown area of Helsinki, Finland.
Each apartment was uniquely adorned, following a specific theme that enhances the overall aesthetic and guest experience.
My Deliverables:

- Enhanced our rating from 4.0 to 4.3 stars within 1 month
- Maintained a steady occupancy rate of 90-100% throughout the entire period

project 2: vpf winter gala
Vietnamese Professionals in Finland (VPF) is a non-profit association with a mission to promote personal and career growth of Vietnamese professionals in Finland.
The organization thrives with a community of 2.3K+ Facebook members and around 200 premium subscribers.
My Deliverables:
- Successfully managed a team of 3 people to deliver the year's largest event
- Conducted a successful offline event, engaging more than 80 attendees
- Received excellent feedback on event organization, music performance, food, and engaging games
- Secured a sponsorship to provide game prizes and gift boxes for each participant
- Effectively maintained expenses within the allocated budget
project 3: vpf annual report
Annually, Vietnamese Professionals in Finland (VPF) publishes a comprehensive report showcasing the organization's demographic overview, providing valuable insights into the education, industries and salary ranges of its members.
My Deliverables:
- Effectively promoted the survey in different channels, leading to a 33% increase in respondent rates
- Conducted data collection and thorough data analysis
- Presented the data in a more accessible and reader-friendly format
- Enhanced the report's quality by including deeper and more relevant data and statistics
